Park Shelter Rental
Park shelter rental forms can be downloaded under the Available Forms section of this page. Please contact the Village of Monroeville Administrative Office at 21 N Main Street, 419-465-2922, in order to inquire about available dates. A signed rental agreement is required, along with the rental fee payment.
Completed rental forms can be submitted via mail, drop-off, or, e-mail (please see our contact information below). Applications must be submitted with the fee payment, which can be in the form of cash, check, certified check, money order or debit/credit card. Please make checks out to the Village of Monroeville. Payment with debit/credit card can be made at www.GovPayNow.com, with PLC code # 4996.
