Park Shelter Rental
Rental forms for park shelters are available for download from the Available Forms section of this page. For inquiries regarding available dates, please reach out to the Village of Monroeville Administrative Office, located at 21 N Main Street, or call 419-465-2922. A signed rental agreement is mandatory, along with the payment of the rental fee.
Completed rental forms may be submitted through mail, in person, or via e-mail. Applications must include the fee payment, which can be made using cash, check, certified check, money order, or debit/credit card. Checks should be made payable to the Village of Monroeville. Payments via debit/credit card can be processed at www.GovPayNow.com, using PLC code # 4996.
